01General Rule
All donations made on HelpMuslim are voluntary contributions. Once a donation is made and the campaign is active, it is generally non-refundable as funds are committed to real beneficiaries.
02Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment fails or is charged more than once, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days by Razorpay. No action is needed from your side.
03Campaign Cancelled Before Fund Transfer
If a campaign is cancelled by HelpMuslim before funds are transferred to the creator, donors will receive a full refund within 10 working days.
04Fraudulent Campaign
If a campaign is found to be fraudulent after investigation, and funds have not yet been transferred to the creator, a full refund will be issued to donors. If funds have already been transferred to the creator, HelpMuslim will pursue legal recovery from the creator and refund donors to the extent possible. HelpMuslim's maximum liability is limited to the platform fee collected.
05Platform Fee
The 5% platform fee is non-refundable in all circumstances once a campaign goes live.
06How to Request a Refund
Email info@helpmuslim.org with your name and registered email, transaction ID or payment reference, and reason for refund request. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 7 working days.
