What You Can Report

Fraudulent or fake campaigns, misleading campaign information, payment or transfer disputes, privacy violations or data misuse, unauthorized use of your identity, illegal or prohibited content on platform, any violation of these Terms.

How to File a Complaint

Send an email to info@helpmuslim.org with your full name and contact details, campaign ID or transaction ID if applicable, detailed description of the issue, and supporting documents or screenshots if available.

Response Timeline

Acknowledgement within 24 hours. Initial response within 3 working days. Resolution within 15 days. Complex cases within 30 days with status update.

Escalation

If not resolved satisfactorily the user may approach cybercrime.gov.in, consumerhelpline.gov.in, or the Adjudication Officer under IT Act 2000.
