6. Humanitarian Campaign Disclaimer
"This campaign is independently managed by the organiser. HelpMuslim provides listing technology only. Donations made via organiser's payment details go directly to the organiser. HelpMuslim does not collect, hold or transfer these funds. Donors are advised to verify campaigns independently. HelpMuslim acts as intermediary under Section 79, IT Act 2000."

Company Identity
HelpMuslim is operated by Edones, registered in India.
Platform Role
We are a technology intermediary under IT Act Section 79. Not a charity or NGO.
Two Campaign Types
Platform campaigns (you collect via Razorpay) vs User campaigns (creator's own UPI)
Platform Fee
5% deducted from platform-managed campaigns. Clearly disclosed before payment.
User Responsibility
Campaign creators are fully responsible for fund utilisation and accuracy.
Humanitarian Campaigns
For crisis relief campaigns, HelpMuslim acts as listing only. Donors pay creators directly.
KYC Requirement
All campaign creators must complete identity verification before receiving funds.
Right to Remove
HelpMuslim reserves right to remove any campaign violating policies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts in India.

Refund Policy
Platform Campaigns
Donations to HelpMuslim-managed campaigns are non-refundable once transferred to cause.
Failed Payments
Auto-refunded within 5-7 business days by payment gateway.
Fraudulent Campaigns
If campaign proven fraudulent, HelpMuslim will initiate refund where possible.
User Campaigns
For user-created campaigns, refund requests must be directed to campaign creator directly.
Platform Fee
5% platform fee is non-refundable once campaign is live.
